I was wondering if any of you readers out there notice who on God's green earth deploys street vendors???

I mean like whenever the traffic is heavy street vendors just pop out of no where with fish crackers and self filled bottled water. Crazy huh?

How do they they where the heavy traffic is at. Like in places where traffic is usually light, there won't be any street vendors then if a car accident occurs, traffic builds up.. voila street vendors pop up....
